Earlier this year Estee Lauder’s Creative Makeup Director, Tom Pecheux, launched a range of new shades to their nail lacquers called the French Nudes Collection. Ranging from fair to dark and warm to cool, these flattering flesh tone shades provide nails with a subtly feminine, barely there look.
“This collection is like foundation for nails,” stated Tom Pecheux. “It’s all about enhancing nails, rather than making a big statement with colour.” The collection contains the following five new shades; Bittersweet (deep chocolaty brown with just a hint of red crème), Diabolique (creamy cocoa shade), So Vain (milky beige crème with very soft silver micro-shimmer), Nudité (true nude) and Ballerina Pink (soft pink semi-transparent polish).

Sometimes I think you can’t go wrong with a simple nude nail. I quite like Nudité; this was 2 coats to get a beautiful opaque and glossy finish! Both Nudité and Pink Ballerina would be perfect for everyday wear, all year round and I think Diabolique will be lovely for fall/winter time! You can buy these shades now at your local Estee Lauder counter or online at www.esteelauder.co.uk (£14.50/9ml).
