Playing small

Playing small

That time of the week again! It can be tempting sometimes to play small, to just settle and take it easy. It would definitely make things a bit easier sometimes because going after what you really want demands time, effort and possible gain along the way. But it’s also there where you will grow and live fully! Love this quote for that reason…

Today I want you to ask yourself this

Why not you?

It’s that time of the week again for some mid-week inspiration. I came across this quote by Jillian Michaels recently and loved it.

You’re not a mess..

Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my new layout of the blog! There are still a few things I am trying to fix and improve at the moment, but overall I am so happy with my new fresh design. I can’t believe it’s Wednesday again already. Haha I know I pretty much say that every week – but it’s true! Sometimes the days just seem to fly by ;)

Anyway, time for some mid-week motivation.  I really feel like this some days….like why am I such a mess? Why can’t I just work out what I am supposed to be doing with my life. Learn the rules like a pro..

Hello everyone! It’s that time of the week again already. This month has just flown by for me, and I can’t believe it’s almost the end of January which means I have ‘survived’ dry January, woop woop! I haven’t found it too hard if I am honest. It has been lovely giving my body a break from alcohol for a few weeks and focussing on being healthy and I have to say I do love the feeling of not waking up with a hangover on the weekends. You just get so much more done and just get up early and feel super fresh! This Saturday for example I biked to Putney from NW6, then walked with a girlfriend from Putney to Barnes and back along the river, enjoyed a delicious brunch at Brew (review to follow) – and this was all before midday! I definitely recommend trying dry January (or pick any other month if you prefer that) some time. Anyway, now time for some quick mid-week motivation….
