A brand new Dutchess Roz!

You may notice something different about the blog today? Yes I am excited to announce that the move to WordPress was successful and that my brand spanking new blog is now (after a few technical issues…) back up and running! I have heard that some people are still experiencing error messages so I hope this will smooth itself out over the next 24 hours. For the transfer from Blogger to WordPress.org I had the help of the wonderful tech-savy Faye from Girl Does Geek and I really couldn’t have done it without her! To put my visions for the new blog into reality I enlisted the help of Blair from LEAP and together we created a fresh but still very ‘Dutchess’ looking website. I really hope you all like the new look?

My domain has not changed and this means that if you used to follow me via my old blogger domain then this should just automatically redirect to my new page. However now that I am on WordPress I am not using Google Friend Connect anymore BUT there are many other ways to keep following me; just check the sidebar under Socialise to find your preferred way to get your regular Dutchess fix :)

Now after a delicious breakfast at home, cooked by my lovely flatmate, I think today is going to be a rather nerdy Saturday to learn how to use WordPress….
